Induction hardening
The ICS has an FDF induction hardening device max 150KW, it can hardening parts to a max diameter 250mm and a max length of 1200mm.
- Induction hardening is the most widely used method of surface hardening due to high productivity and good quality of the hardened layer.
- Mechanical properties such as tensile strength, contraction and impact strength show higher values after induction hardening
